Great paper Olivia, I especially liked this paper because of my interest in college athletics and found your results useful for acknowledging what may motivate some of my softball athletes may not motivate the others or be the reason they are attending StMU. I would be interested in seeing what the results of a similar study with a different sports team such as football or basketball where there may be more players with dreams to play professionally and what kind of influence that may have.

Might I suggest a follow-up study with graduating senior student athletes and their experiences having played for their school? Like, maybe asking if they would have reconsidered another school, or if they plan to coach at another school?
