Lend your expertise as a judge or moderator and help make the Annual Research Showcase a valuable experience for our presenters. Whether you’re faculty, alumni, a professional guest, your insight and time are deeply appreciated.
Who can volunteer?

- Alumni
- Community partners and professionals willing to participate
TYPE OF VOLUNTEER ROLES
Judging Responsibilities
- Evaluate oral and/or poster presentations
- Use provided scoring rubrics to assess content, delivery, and research quality
- Offer constructive feedback to presenters
Moderator Responsibilities
- Facilitate oral presentation sessions
- Introduce speakers and keep sessions on schedule
- Assist with audience Q&A and time management
- Ensure a respectful and organized environment for discussion
