The Academic Media Center (AMC) empowers students, faculty, and staff with the resources and expertise needed to design, develop, and produce high-quality multimedia that enhances learning and aligns with the mission of St. Mary’s University.
Our center offers certification opportunities, granting access to a variety of AV equipment, including DSLR cameras, portable audio gear, and projector/display packages. Certification is required for students and encouraged for faculty and staff to ensure the best use of our technology and resources.

Laptop
We offer a selection of Dell laptops available for short-term checkout. The standard loan period is two weeks.
Projectors
We offer a selection of digital projectors perfect for mobile presentations or special events. Whether your device uses VGA or HDMI, we’ll provide a portable projector that meets your needs. Each projector features built-in 10-watt speakers, ideal for most small classrooms or presentation spaces.
Projector Screen
We offer a variety of widescreen and traditional portable projector screens to suit your needs. Whether you’re preparing for a major event or simply practicing your upcoming presentation, we have lightweight, pop-up screens that are easy to set up and ready to use.
Display Adapters
We offer a variety of HDMI and VGA adapters to connect your laptop to campus displays. Whether you’re setting up in a classroom or for a special event, stop by, and we’ll ensure you have the right adapter. Our adapters are available for short-term checkout, and if you need a specific adapter for your device, we can assist with research and pricing to help you find the best option.
USB Web Cameras
Our Logitech 930c webcams are perfect for interviews, meetings, and classes, providing a crisp, close-up shot for Zoom and other video platforms. Featuring 1080p HD resolution, stereo microphones on each side, and a 6ft USB extension cable, these webcams offer versatility and high-quality performance to ensure you always get the perfect shot.
Conference Web Cameras
