Quality Matters Information
Quality Matters is a nonprofit organization that defines and maintains quality assurance in online learning through their ceritification program. QM is the leading quality assurance in online and innovative digital teaching and learning environments. QM improves the quality of online learning and teaching both nationally and internationally by developing current research-supported, practice-based quality standards and appropriate tools and procedures. QM is peer review and certification of quality in online learning. It also fosters a culture of continuous improvement by integrating QM standards and processes into organizational plans to improve the quality of online education.
